How many times in a day do you talk negatively to yourself? I do it at least ten times a day. Negative self-talk is a widely discussed topic but still it’s difficult to not talk down to ourselves. We might even feel that such treatment to ourselves motivates us to do better but reality is far from it. In this episode, I’ll share a few different real-life situations where I talk to myself negatively and my guest will suggest what I can say instead. You are going to relate with at least one of these situations and apply the learning to yourself.
